  • European customers delivery charge - £4 
  • European delivery time,  3 - 7 working days
  • Pre-orders will take up to 3 weeks to ship

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 Day

We are unfortunately unable to accept the below unless faulty:

  • Earrings
  • Items without original packaging

If your item is faulty, please send an image and our team will contact you for next steps.

Please note - £3.95 postage fee will be redacted from your final refund amount.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

  • Package your items in the Yours Jayne packaging
  • Once you have recieved your instructions for shipping via email, please post it back to us at your earliest convenience
  • A £3.95 returns shipping fee will be redacted from your final refund amount

REFUNDING YOUR RETURN

  • Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method 
  • Once your return is received we will send you a conformation within 5 working days
  • Once we have issued the refund, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to show up in your account.
  • A £3.95 returns shipping fee will be redacted from your final refund amount.
  • Yours Jayne is unable to refund duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority. You are responsible for claiming any such charges back directly from your local duties and taxes office. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If your item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase we are able to assist with a refund or a replacement for your item, please contact hello@yoursjayne.com for further help. We are unable to refund or replace any items purchased more than 6 months ago.
